We went to the optical shop to see if they had more variety than our regular eye doctor office. We were taken care of right away by Haley and she was attentive and kind. She really looked at the glasses with us and made sure they were the right fit and look. We didn't feel rushed and she went above and beyond even fixing my husbands current glasses to make them more comfortable. Would recommend a trip there for new glasses! More

Good eye doctorsbut their optical shop in Wakefield is terrible at communicating with their customers. I had to call 7 times and leave 7 messages and then finally I got someone on the phone. Nobody ever called me back, and I had to keep harassing them. Very poor customer service. I understand they are very busy but I paid for my frames and glasses, the least you can do is take 30 seconds to let me know they're not in yet. More
